Please note: If you have not been to the clinic in over 3 months, or if this is a new injury, an initial appointment is required for the Physiotherapist to complete a new assessment.


Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy focuses primarily on restoring muscles to optimal length, strength and balance. Whether the cause of the pain is primarily muscular or a secondary reaction to trauma, muscles will react to protect and guard the affected area. By reducing muscle pain, we allow the body to relax and recuperate.

Kolten was born and raised in Kelowna, where he has always lived an active lifestyle growing up as a competitive gymnast. Throughout the years, he worked with many healthcare professionals as an athlete and realized the importance they hold in our community. These meaningful connections led him to pursue a career where he can focus on helping others with their personal health and wellness.

In 2020 Kolten received a Diploma in Registered Massage Therapy from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. Since then he has been practicing massage therapy with a variety of people gaining experience and progressing himself as a therapist.
